Meditation through dance. To dance does not mean to impress or please the audience; instead, it serves as the perfect tool to meditate. Don’t try to control your facial expressions, your muscles, but try to connect to the music and the vibes in the surroundings. Gradually, you will notice that the ego evaporates, and there are only joy, happiness, and silence left in your mind…. Use your creativity and start to flow with the flow! :)
